Modern luxury house that can accommodate up to 8 people is located in Risika, a small town near Vrbnik on the island of Krk. The house is richly equipped with various facilities, there is a large pool where you can refresh yourself in the summer. The house is ideal for socializing because it has an outdoor grill with gazebo and space for socializing, the whole house is surrounded by lawn and is therefore suitable for pets that are allowed with prior notice and surcharge. The interior of the house is also very spacious and consists of a living room, kitchen and dining room which are connected to a large terrace. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a gallery with sofa bed. Guests can also use the private indoor parking, and the whole house is equipped with many household appliances.

We had a perfekt time in the villa. Everything you need is in the house, the pool is a mix of chlorine and salt and we found it very pleasant! The property is fenced (perfekt with our dog) and very private! We absolutely recommend this house.

Eınfach Perfekt😍
Alles hat uns gefallen, das Haus ist Luxus pur. Die Ausstattung ist super ,es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist groß. Und wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt . Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt Genug Handtücher ,Bettwäsche und sogar Pool Handtücher. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend . Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder . Die Lage des Hauses ist phänomenal, der schönste strand,sandstrand Sv.Marak ist nur 5 min mit dem Auto weg. Dort parken kostet nur 20Kuna Alles in allem war der Urlaub einfach perfekt bei dieser tollen Unterkunft. Danke danke
Es gibt nix was und nicht gefallen hat. Aber ein kleiner Kühlschrank draußen wäre richtig gut 😊
