The main terrace overlooking the sea contains a large stone table that is perfect for dinner or socializing, and the terrace is in the shade most of the day and you can relax from the sun. On the upper floor there is another terrace surrounded by a glass wall suitable for enjoying even colder and windier days. The villa has its own garden surrounded by olive and fig trees that give a real Mediterranean atmosphere, also in this part there is a swimming pool with sea water and a sun deck to enjoy the sun and get tanned. Parking is available for several people and it is private, which is a real rarity given the location.
